Russian Home Attendant suffers serious injuries after Trip and Fall accident on defective sidewalk receives a $625,000 settlement for pain and suffering.

T.F., a 61-year-old Russian native, tripped on a defective raised sidewalk during a commute to a dentist appointment. In an attempt to brace her fall, T.F. landed on her left side damaging her hand and arm. Without paying much attention to the injury, T.F. continued to her appointment.
