Bronx Home Attendent is Grateful to Hill & Moin for $750,000 Settlement Following Slip and Fall Accident

Upon completing her shift as a home attendant, M.A. slipped and fell on interior stairs that were wet with urine and full of garbage. The elevator was out of service, so she was forced to descend by the stairway. M.A. landed on her back and suffered a fractured vertebra.
