Queens Resident Awarded Top Settlement For Botched Pectoral Implant

After being referred by customers at his salon, J.R. decided to see a plastic surgeon for male pectoral implantation. Sadly, due to the physician’s negligence and malpractice, J.R.’s implants became infected and he was forced to undergo a second surgery to remove them. Bronx Teen Delighted with Large Settlement for Stairwell Fall

Yankiry R., a fun and outgoing16-year-old high school student, was injured when she slipped and fell in the stairwell of her Bronx apartment building. She had to have surgery for a torn ACL. Although at times Yankiry’s injury made her a bit sad and withdrawn, the help and support that she received from Hill & Moin helped lifted her spirits.
Yankiry says that she “loved” the people at our firm, who “treated [her] like family” and got to know her and her family well. $400,000 Settlement for N.Y. Home Attendant’s Slip and Fall on Ice

R. A., a Russian-speaking woman in Queens, had injured her back on the job in 2009 while working as a home attendant. About a year later, as she walked to a physical therapy appointment to treat this injury, she slipped and fell on ice, fracturing her hip. She had to get hip replacement surgery.
