Undocumented Construction Worker Who Fell Off Scaffold Receives Life-Altering $1 Million Settlement

O.Q., an Undocumented construction worker from Mexico, was working at a construction site in Staten Island. O.Q. was instructed by his employer to complete work on top of an improperly balanced scaffold without any safety equipment. O.Q. followed instructions and while drilling, the scaffold became wobbly and he fell to the ground. He sustained head injuries and multiple fractures.

Undocumented Ecuadorian Construction Worker Injured During Home Renovation Project Is Elated with Six-Figure Settlement for Pain and Suffering
