Ukranian Woman Collects $225,000 After Suffering Trip and Fall on a Defective Sidewalk in Coney Island Seagate Community

N.K suffered two fractures, one of the wrist and the other of the collarbone.  Although N.K. lacked health insurance, she was still able to treat for the injuries she sustained from tripping and falling.

Using over 70 years of combined litigation experience in sidewalk trip and fall cases, Hill & Moin was able to obtain a settlement of $225,000 for N.K., who was extremely delighted.
