Union Worker is Grateful for Settlement After Falling From Scaffold

Decordova Foreman, a 65 year old native of Jamaica and proud Union Mason tender, was injured after falling from a 6 foot scaffold while assisting a bricklayer on a new construction site. As a result of his fall, Mr. Foreman suffered injuries to his lower back, wrist, shoulder and knee. He had not been supplied with any safety or protective equipment.
When asked about his experience at Hill & Moin, Mr. Foreman said he was “extremely grateful” for all of the hard work and dedication that was put into his case.
