New York Slip and Fall AttorneysC.D., a West Indian woman in her 30’s, was shopping for food at Junius Food Bazaar in Brooklyn, NY. As Ms. D walked through the store, she slipped and fell on oil, which had been dropped and not properly attended by store employees. C.D. grabbed onto a cart in front of her so she would not fall to the ground, but still suffered an injury of the left knee, which would require an ACL Reconstruction surgery.
After spending a few months with a different firm, C.D. decided that she needed to make a change in her representation to get the attention that she felt she deserved. Just four months after her accident, a member of the Hill & Moin staff made themselves available to Ms. D., even visiting her at home for her convenience. With a combined 70 years of litigation experience, and the hard work and dedication of the staff, Hill & Moin was happy to have obtained a settlement of $450,000, for C.D’s pain and suffering.

C.D. says, “It was a pretty easy transition. Sandy Hill was very great and Hill & Moin always kept up with all of my issues.” With four beautiful children to take care of, Ms. D now has the opportunity to invest money for their future. “I would recommend Hill & Moin to anyone!”
