Mr. R, only 27-years-old at the time and employed as a masonry worker, was seriously injured when he was caused to trip on debris in his work area while operating a gas-fueled power saw. He suffered serious burns on his legs and underwent painful surgery, preventing him from returning to work.

While he recovered in the hospital, Mr. R’s fiancé frantically searched online for firms that could handle his case and injuries.
