Young Mason Attendant Receives Top Six –Figure Settlement in Labor Law Case

July 18th, 2013

Mr. R, only 27-years-old at the time and employed as a masonry worker, was seriously injured when he was caused to trip on debris in his work area while operating a gas-fueled power saw. He suffered serious burns on his legs and underwent painful surgery, preventing him from returning to work.

While he recovered in the hospital, Mr. R’s fiancé frantically searched online for firms that could handle his case and injuries. Fortunately, she found Hill & Moin, LLP.  From the very first meeting, they both had a “great feeling” about the firm, finding everyone friendly, polite and “very professional.”

Understanding Labor Law cases take time, Mr. R was happy with how his case progressed, finding the attorneys handled it expeditiously and did not allow for any unreasonable delays. He was nervous leading up to his deposition, but after extensive preparation he felt very “well-prepared” and “comfortable” giving his testimony.

Mr. R is extremely “happy with the [settlement] amount” the attorneys fought to get him.  He explains that “the firm did so much for me” and, as a result, he would absolutely recommend such a high-quality firm to anyone else who needs legal counsel.
