LC was on a food delivery for his boss, on his bike when his front wheel dipped into a hole on the street flipping him over the handle bars injuring his wrist, nose and neck. LC’s job included deliveries, helping in the kitchen, and a full schedule of physical activity but due to his accident he can no longer work.

Passenger in Yellow Cab Receives Settlement Due To Back Injuries Suffered in Crash

Following a night out with her friends, Ms. Rodriguez, a freelance fashion designer, was traveling home in a yellow cab when the driver of her taxi collided with another motor vehicle.
