25-year-old Gardener from Honduras Collects $350,000 Settlement After Being Hurt at Work Thanks to Hill & Moin

A 25-year-old landscaper from Central America fell to the ground while trimming trees fracturing his wrist and foot. Due to his injuries, Danis was no longer able to work or play his favorite sports.

New Jersey Visitor Receives $300,000 Settlement After Tripping On Steps At Downtown Manhattan Restaurant

While visiting Manhattan with her husband, Mr. and Ms. B’s night out on the town was ruined when Ms. B tripped and fell on an improperly marked set of stairs while leaving a downtown Manhattan restaurant.
