New Jersey Visitor Receives $300,000 Settlement After Tripping On Steps At Downtown Manhattan Restaurant

While visiting Manhattan with her husband, Mr. and Ms. B’s night out on the town was ruined when Ms. B tripped and fell on an improperly marked set of stairs while leaving a downtown Manhattan restaurant. The Moscow native suffered serious personal injuries, including fractures to the navicular and calcaneus bones in her foot.
After an extraordinary settlement was reached in her favor, Ms. B and her family noted how pleased they were with the litigation work of Hill & Moin.
