31 Year Old Man Receives $515k Settlement for Injury While At Work at New York Sports Club on an Unleveled Elevator
May 2nd, 2016
C.S. was working at a New York Sports Club as a maintenance man, removing trash and moving them to the dumpsters on a lower level among other responsibilities. C.S. was injured when he began to exit an unleveled elevator, to remove trash, which was not leveled correctly with the floor, causing him to trip and fall out of the elevator and suffer an injury to left hand and ankle.
C.S. came across Hill & Moin’s website when looking for new representation in his case. No longer happy with his previous attorneys, C.S. made the right decision to hire Hill & Moin, who worked diligently with him. They obtained an extraordinary settlement $515,000. C.S. says of Hill & Moin, “They were great! They were definitely hands-on the entire way, and always kept me updated on everything. I never felt I had to worry.” C.S. now has plans to get back on his feet. Hill & Moin changed his life!
