$245,000.00. Settlement for Ladder Collapsing

Sometime in October of 2015, D.B. was moving sheet rock on an A-frame ladder for his employer, Ace Industrial, when it collapsed. D.B. had to pull himself out from under the A-frame ladder, and get a coworker to call his foreman to report the incident. After being examined at the hospital the doctor’s determined that he had suffered torn ligaments, as well as a torn meniscus. D.B. endured surgery and many months of physical therapy.

31 Year Old Man Receives $515k Settlement for Injury While At Work at New York Sports Club on an Unleveled Elevator

C.S. was working at a New York Sports Club as a maintenance man, removing trash and moving them to the dumpsters on a lower level among other responsibilities. C.S. was injured when he began to exit an unleveled elevator, to remove trash, which was not leveled correctly with the floor, causing him to trip and fall out of the elevator and suffer an injury to left hand and ankle.
