City Sanitation Employee Recieves a $175,000 Settlement After Being Injured on Defective Equipment

New York Truck AccidentMr. Chris, a 37 year old sanitation employee of the city was enforcing sanitation regulations in a truck provided by his employer when the defective vehicle caused injury to his right shoulder and a fracture to his left knee, both requiring surgery.

Mr. Chris has said that Hill & Moin, “made me very comfortable throughout the process and I am very happy with the results.” When asked what he thought of the staff Mr. Chris stated, “everyone there was very trustworthy and they handled my case perfectly.” Mr. Chris mentioned that, “Not only would I refer friends to Hill & Moin, but I already have because I know what a great job they would do with their cases.”
