City Sanitation Employee Recieves a $175,000 Settlement After Being Injured on Defective Equipment

Mr. Chris, a 37 year old sanitation employee of the city was enforcing sanitation regulations in a truck provided by his employer when the defective vehicle caused injury to his right shoulder and a fracture to his left knee, both requiring surgery.
