70-year-old Bolivian Man Receives Substantial Settlement for Hit-and-Run Accident That Turned His Life Upside-down

While on his way to the bank, D.G. a 70-year-old Bolivian man was a victim of a hit and run accident in Brooklyn. The impact caused D.G. to suffer from a broken tibia, a dislocated shoulder, and pain in his back and hands. D.G. had to under surgery and physical therapy and remained in a state of physical pain throughout his legal case. D.G. says that this accident turned his entire life upside-down. His painful medical condition kept him confined to bed for an extended period.
