Yeshiva Research Assistant Struck by Car Thanks Hill & Moin for an Excellent Settlement
January 11th, 2019
On his way back home from synagogue, S.W, a thirty-one-year-old research assistant at a rabbinical school, was hit by a car when crossing a street with his son. Due to the impact, S.W lost consciousness for a short period of time.
Hatzalah transported him to a hospital where he was diagnosed with a left shoulder dislocation. S.W’s left arm was reset and he was allowed to go home. A month went by, but even with physical therapy sessions his recovery was at a standstill. He would need surgery.
S.W. was grateful to Hill & Moin for their “excellent attorney work and client relations.” Thanks to the litigation efforts of Hill & Moin, S.W. received the compensation he deserved and can now return to his studies and normal life with his loving family in his religious community.
