Hill & Moin fights and protects the rights of a little girl injured while riding her scooter on a poorly maintained sidewalk in Brooklyn

A.R. planned a visit for her daughter to spend the summertime with her cousins in Brooklyn. Little did she know that their time under the sun would take a drastic turn when her daughter fell victim to a poorly maintained sidewalk. On this summer afternoon, A.R.’s young daughter along with her cousins, were playing on the sidewalk with their scooters when suddenly one of the wheels of her scooter was stuck between a mis-leveled sidewalk. The impact caused A.R.’s daughter to fall off her scooter and break her leg. She vividly remembers the way her bone cracked underneath her and the pain she felt.
