Russian Painter Falls From Ladder – Awarded High Six Figure Settlement at Trial

A.Vardamyan, a 36-year-old Brooklyn resident, was hired to paint a rental home in Westchester County, New York. While painting the top of the house, his ladder collapsed causing him to fall two stories and suffer severe spine, shoulder, and knee injuries.
