As N.B. waited on line to pay the cashier, she was suddenly struck by a clothing rack pushed by a store employee. N.B. suffered a broken hip.

After unloading the necessary equipment, A.F. was attempting to park his previously double-parked work vehicle, when the vehicle’s front tire entered an open electrical manhole. A.F.’s vehicle lunged forward, and he suffered injuries as a result of the quick jerking motion of his work truck.
