Ukrainian Home Attendant receives $295,000 after suffering in a Trip & Fall Accident
December 27th, 2017
A 75 year old retired French teacher turned home attendant, tripped and fell over a raised sidewalk flagstone in Brooklyn. After seeing an orthopedist she heard of, she was scheduled for left elbow surgery.
She was recommended to Hill & Moin, LLP by a Russian speaking friend. On the first meeting with attorneys, S.L was thankful that her friend, miraculously, found a very experienced law firm. After speaking with Melisande Hill, Esq. and Cheryl Eisberg Moin, Esq. and learning about their more than 70 years of litigation experience combined, S.L. knew right away that they could be trusted to represent her in her lawsuit. The Russian speaking staff was incredibly comforting and helpful. It took only a couple of years to litigate S.L’s matter to its successful conclusion. She was very ecstatic about the settlement, since her only son had just proposed to his beloved. S.L hugged her attorneys when she received her generous settlement check and promised that she would always refer any client in need to Hill & Moin, LLP as the most professional law firm.
