Union Carpenter Receives $650,000 After Falling Off Scaffold at the Metropolitan Opera House for a Nonsurgical Shoulder Injury
June 5th, 2019
A 30-year veteran union carpenter injured his shoulder when a scaffold collapsed at the Met. His working compensation attorney alerted S.M. to the fact that he might be entitled to compensation for his pain and suffering in a third-party lawsuit against Lincoln Center in addition to his worker’s compensation benefits. The lawyer referred the injured carpenter to Hill & Moin.
One meeting with the attorneys, and S.M. was not only convinced that they were the right law office to litigate his case, he was very impressed with their experience and explanation of the course of litigation by Sandy Hill and Cheryl Moin, which made him feel empowered rather a victim. “I had a very positive experience with Hill & Moin. I think they are fabulous personal injury attorneys and I really liked how they do things.”
