Sanitation Worker Well-Compensated for His Fall In A Parking Lot

A 43 year old sanitation worker fell in a pothole on a sanitation parking lot. After the fall his co-worker drove him to the hospital. L. Foreman, a Brooklyn mother of three, was coming back from dropping her children off at school. Truck Driver Receives $850,000 Settlement for Slip & Fall in a Warehouse

A 41 year old Route Salesman who had never missed a day at work in 9 years at the job was walking to his truck in a soda distribution warehouse when he slipped and fell on a large sheet of ice. 81 Year Old Man Crossing Street with a Green Light Struck By Vehicle Making Left Hand Turn Receives Full Insurance Policy Settlement

W.S., an 81 year old Queens resident, was a pedestrian crossing at a Manhattan intersection with a green light, when he was struck by a vehicle making a left hand turn. The driver did not see W.S. and proceeded forward, causing serious injuries including a fractured pelvis and knee.
