83-Year-Old Manhattan Resident Awarded Six Figures for Trip and Fall on Broken Sidewalk

Mr. M was walking towards his bus in his lower Manhattan neighborhood when he tripped over a raised sidewalk. Resulting in a nasty fall, he fractured his hip and had to undergo surgery and rehabilitation. His big family not only supported him through recovery, but, fortunately, helped find Hill & Moin, LLP. 102 Year-Old Russian Woman Who Tripped and Fell on Construction Hazard Outside Assisted Living Facility Awarded Six Figures

Yury Frolov’s mother, a resident at a Queens nursing home and assisted living facility, was out for her daily walk when she tripped on a construction hazard in front of the assisted living facility and fell, suffering a fractured right hip that required surgery.

$400,000 Settlement for N.Y. Home Attendant’s Slip and Fall on Ice

New York Slip and Fall VictimR. A., a Russian-speaking woman in Queens, had injured her back on the job in 2009 while working as a home attendant.  About a year later, as she walked to a physical therapy appointment to treat this injury, she slipped and fell on ice, fracturing her hip.  She had to get hip replacement surgery.

Hill & Moin Beat the Odds and Win for Auto Accident Victim

A. Nichols, a young African-American man who now works for an art gallery, was hurt when a city bus collided with a car in which he was a passenger.  He suffered a painful hip fracture that required surgery with hardware.  He came to Hill & Moin for help.
