R.K., a 70 year old retired medical laboratory technologist, was rear-ended by a private bus as she entered a parking spot in front of her home, resulting in an injury to her shoulder. The force of the impact pushed her vehicle forward approximately 5 houses, and caused the bus that hit her to jump the curb in front of her neighbor’s home.

Brooklyn Pedestrian Struck By Vehicle is Ecstatic Over $2.45 Million Settlement

L. Foreman, a Brooklyn mother of three, was coming back from dropping her children off at school. She has been a resident of this neighborhood for over 37 years, having lived in the same apartment since childhood. As L.
