Bronx Resident Receives Significant Settlement By Her Second Attorneys After Trip and Fall On Uneven Sidewalk Covered By Leaves

One morning, MH was walking along her neighborhood sidewalk in route to the bank. The sidewalk in front of MH’s neighbor’s home was covered in leaves, which made it difficult to identify that the sidewalk was uneven. While walking home from a friend’s house, GV, a 22 year old Bronx resident, was taken by surprise when a water filled pot hole was directly in his walking path.
