Truck Driver Receives $850,000 Settlement for Slip & Fall in a Warehouse

A 41 year old Route Salesman who had never missed a day at work in 9 years at the job was walking to his truck in a soda distribution warehouse when he slipped and fell on a large sheet of ice. M.F was taken to the hospital when his pain escalated. At the hospital he was diagnosed with a cervical injury, bulging and herniated discs in his spine that led to neck surgery. 81 Year Old Man Crossing Street with a Green Light Struck By Vehicle Making Left Hand Turn Receives Full Insurance Policy Settlement

School Bus Driver Falls Down Broken Stairs at Bus Depot and Wins $650,000 Settlement
