Hardworking Plumber of 17 years Receives $500,000 Settlement after Air Compressor Fell on Foot At Construction Site

The coworker guided the pallet jack into debris which caused the compressor to fall off and onto Glenn S.’s left foot. This accident resulted in Glenn S. sustaining three fractures in his left ankle. Due to his injuries, Glenn S. was no longer able to work and had to undergo both surgery and physical therapy.

A Ukrainian Woman Receives $383,000 Settlement for Leg Injury Thanks to Hill & Moin.

K.K., a young mother of two children who recently moved here from the Ukraine, was injured when the drain cover in the basement of the apartment building she lived in slid from its normal placement. While K.K had been returning to her apartment from the laundry area of her apartment building when she stepped on the defective drain cover. The drain cover slid from the hole it covered causing K.K.’s foot to fall into the hole. K.K. went to the hospital and was informed she had torn a ligament.

Senior Injured At Gym Wins $350,000 Settlement for Elbow Fracture

On the day of her accident, Susan H. was walking through the gym when she tripped because of a pile of wires connected to treadmills near a row of stationary bikes that were blocking her walkway. As Susan H. approached the pile of wires, she saw them and attempted to step over them. During an afternoon in Brooklyn, L.R., an 88-year-old woman from Ukraine, decided to go for a walk to get some air and pick up some groceries from a local supermarket. After exiting her apartment building to begin her errands, while walking on the sidewalk, a large branch from a tree suddenly struck her. She was knocked to the ground and injured her knee and ankle. Brooklyn Resident Recovers Six-figure Settlement After Fall at Private Residence
