22-Year-Old Brooklyn Resident Wins Swift Settlement in Bike Accident

L.I., a young, hard working, 22-year-old Brooklyn resident, had just finished his shift delivering pizzas on his bicycle when a driver of a car parked along the side of the street swung his door open, causing L.I. to collide into it. He flew off his bike, falling to the ground, and, ultimately, suffered a rotator cuff tear in his shoulder requiring surgery.

EMT Awarded Big Settlement in Motor Vehicle Accident Involving Ambulance

T.S., a 36-year-old EMT of more than 20 years, was driving an ambulance with an injured passenger to the hospital when it was struck in the passenger side by a vehicle that failed to yield to its lights and sirens. T.S. injured her back and fractured her finger on her left hand, causing her to be out of work for several months thereafter.
