Father of Four is Thankful for Settlement Compensating Him for His Back and Shoulder Injuries

D.H., originally from Jamaica, a self-employed driver and technician transporting and repairing various medical supplies, was injured while out on one of his assigned jobs. After exiting the client’s building, D.H. slipped and fell on a clear patch of ice on the sidewalk. The trip and fall resulted in D.H. sustaining injuries to his shoulder, lower back and his elbow.

$500,000 Settlement Reached for a Woman Who Fell Down the Stairs and Twisted Her Ankle

While S.B., a Russian woman who worked as a personal home cleaner, was walking to a nearby store, she decided to take a short cut through the Naples Terrace Staircase. As she attempted to walk down the dimly lit exterior staircase, she tripped and fell down the stairs which directly resulted in her badly twisting and injuring her left ankle.

Young Working Mother Suffers Broken Elbow After a Slip and Fall on an Icy Manhattan Sidewalk and Receives $300,000 Settlement

Senior Injured At Gym Wins $350,000 Settlement for Elbow Fracture

Susan H., a 65 year old Home Health Aide business owner, was a regular at her gym. She paid additional to have access to a private training area, where a personal trainer would assist her through workouts. On the day of her accident, Susan H. was walking through the gym when she tripped because of a pile of wires connected to treadmills near a row of stationary bikes that were blocking her walkway. As Susan H. approached the pile of wires, she saw them and attempted to step over them. Unfortunately, because they were piled so high and so haphazardly, her foot became tangled in them causing her to fall to the ground. She suffered a fractured elbow.

25-year-old Gardener from Honduras Collects $350,000 Settlement After Being Hurt at Work Thanks to Hill & Moin

A 25-year-old landscaper from Central America fell to the ground while trimming trees fracturing his wrist and foot. Due to his injuries, Danis was no longer able to work or play his favorite sports.

28-year-old Receives $230,000 Award for Injuries Sustained from a Trip and Fall Accident on a Broken, Raised Sidewalk in the Bronx

As he was leaving from his friends’ house in the Bronx, G.J., a 28-year-old father of three, tripped and fell on a broken, raised sidewalk. G.J. heard his ankle snap as it twisted beneath him and his knee made contact with the sidewalk after he fell from the injury to his ankle. Due to the shock and pain that resulted from his injuries, P was taken to the hospital where it was found that he had fractured both his left knee and ankle. Hardware was installed throughout G.J.’s leg which forced him to walk with the help of walkers, crutches, and canes. Being dependent on these devices, G.J. was no longer be able to play with his children or do any of his favorite sports.
