W.M, an undocumented Ecuadorian native, was working on a two bedroom renovation project. While removing an interior door frame he was standing on a ladder, using a grinder to cut at the wood. The door frame suddenly fell, causing the grinder to fall onto his right ankle. W.M was bleeding profusely and was transported by EMS to the hospital. Upon the suggestion of a friend, W.M. called powerhouse attorneys, Hill & Moin, LLP. He met with the kind and knowledgeable lawyers, and even though he was undocumented, he was confident that he could safely proceed with his case.
