D.J. is a loving father who works as a manager in urban property. While performing his daily tasks, and walking through the facility, he suddenly felt the floor collapse from under his legs. D.J. was falling through the floor. However, he was able to stop himself from falling all the way through by catching the unbroken floor. J.D. was only able to be rescued once he called for a co-worker to pull him back onto solid ground. J.D. was taken from the scene by ambulance to a local hospital.

Hardworking Plumber of 17 years Receives $500,000 Settlement after Air Compressor Fell on Foot At Construction Site

The coworker guided the pallet jack into debris which caused the compressor to fall off and onto Glenn S.’s left foot. This accident resulted in Glenn S. sustaining three fractures in his left ankle. Due to his injuries, Glenn S. was no longer able to work and had to undergo both surgery and physical therapy.

Historic Building Renovator Miraculously Survives Fall and Obtains $1.2 Million Settlement

J.E. is a 60-year-old Honduran gentleman who was working on the roof of a historic manor using scaffolding and ladders to climb to the top of the building. As he stood on a ladder, and began to swing his hammer, he felt the boards on the scaffolding shift from below him. Suddenly, he began to fall, unable to grab anything to stop himself. J.E. fell 20 feet, hitting the scaffolding below, injuring his back and left shoulder.

Mother of Two and Longtime NYPD 911 Operator of 27 years Receives $325,000 Settlement For Injuries After Slip and Fall on Waxed Floor

After completing her long daily shift as a police communications technician, K. Riley was on her way home to see her two children. She was exiting out of the One Police Plaza building when she slipped and fell on a newly waxed floor. There were no warning cones or signs posted in the area. The slip and fall resulted in K.
